The developer built the Speechable app as a Premium app. This SERVICE is provided by the developer and this page is used to inform visitors regarding the policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use the Service. 1. Agreement
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Startway (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), regarding your use of Speechable (the "App"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the App.

2. License Grant
Subject to the terms of this EULA, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App;
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our App, unless laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission.

4. User Content
If the App allows you to upload or share content, you retain all rights to that content. However, by uploading or sharing content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform that content in connection with the App.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
5.1 Purchases: Speechable offers in-app purchases and subscriptions. When you purchase an in-app item or subscription, you are buying a limited, non-refundable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the item or subscription within the App.
5.2 Subscriptions: Subscriptions purchased in the App are billed regularly and automatically renewed unless you cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
5.3 Refunds: All transactions are final. If you have a problem with a transaction, please contact our support team at support@startway.io.
5.4 Price and Tax: The price of in-app purchases and subscriptions includes all applicable taxes and currency exchange settlements, unless stated otherwise. We may adjust the pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion.
5.5 Free Trials: We may offer free trials for subscriptions. At the end of the free trial period, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, the subscription will automatically renew and your payment method will be charged the applicable subscription price.

6. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from the Company if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the App and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent not prohibited by law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any personal injury, or any incidental, special, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the App, however caused.

9. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), excluding its conflicts of law rules.

10. Changes to this EULA
We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective immediately upon being posted to our website.
